The HR related work of this job relates conducting marketing campaigns to contact potential hires in order to set up interviews.
Apart from the human resource related tasks, the work related to this job also involves sales and marketing. Therefore, MBA degree or interest in sales and marketing is desired.
Should have the ability to clearly explain to the customer about the product, and convince them about the benefits of using it.
Conduct sales and marketing campaigns to inform and educate the customers about the company's product.
Ability to figure out the patterns and parameters of different campaigns, and improve their performance.
Answer the questions and concerns of new and existing customers.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communications with the customers of the company.
Ability to listen and understand the real concerns of the customers, than taking the verbal communication at face value.
Figure out if there are any problems that the customers are facing while using the company's product and what solutions will alleviate them.
Make notes of interaction with customer.
Fluent in speaking and writing English.
Command in local languages is also required.
Comfortable with usage of computers and relevant applications.
Knowledge in using Ubuntu Linux or the ability to learn it quickly.
Should possess qualities like convincing ability, meticulousness, patience, perseverance, good nature, organized etc.
Ability to communicate well with people of different culture, and also with representatives of very big companies as well as small companies.
It is desirable that the job applicant has skills set to fit in to more than one role.
Ability to come up with innovative sales & marketing ideas, and present them using relevant drawings and images in an effective way.
Ability to use relevant software in order to prepare videos, images, and notes, so as to explain the product to customers in an easy to comprehend way.
Responsible for data entry related work.
