and yes, you can definitely use essential oils!
but to be honest, i've found that essential oils just don't compare to herbs in most cases. i love the ease and smell of essential oils better, but i've found that herbs actually work so much better. for this recipe, ounces of acv and drops of essential oil would be fantastic. i'd pick or essential oils...
