🙂 we've been looking for a healthy, quick morning breakfast we can take "on the go" and this looks perfect...but was concerned about whether to soak groats overnight (alone) first (like you soak beans overnight before cooking), then put parfait together to "soak again" with cereal, fruit, milk, etc.
